Terms of Service

Welcome to Reintegral. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the individual deployment of executive coaching, strategic advisory, and system dynamics consulting services provided by Reintegral. By interacting with our portal or initiating an advisory engagement, you agree to these structural boundaries.
1. Private Contracting Framework
Reintegral does not operate as a public, automated digital e-commerce storefront or an open-catalog mail-order vendor. All advisory engagements are bespoke and negotiated via direct individual consultation. Service delivery parameters, session milestones, and invoice allocations are authorized via separate private client agreements.
2. Payment & Settlement Protocols
Consulting engagements are denominated in baseline fiat valuation units (USD / JPY). Payments are processed via secure credit card settlement channels (powered by Stripe) or via authorized peer-to-peer digital assets (Stablecoins including USDC/USDT, or native Tier-1 assets including BTC/ETH).
Transaction & Network Fees: Credit card processing fees are calculated at checkout where applicable. For digital asset transactions, the client assumes complete structural responsibility for all network transaction processing fees ("gas fees") required to broadcast the transaction cleanly to the ledger.
3. Refund Negation and Cancellation Policies
Due to the immediate allocation of highly customized intellectual assets, strategic architectural design, and dedicated calendar space, all settled transfers and retainer payments are structurally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
Session rescheduling must be transmitted via our secure communications method at least 24 hours prior to the synchronized calendar event to avoid session forfeiture.
4. Limitation of Liability and Operational Scope
Advisory sessions are intended exclusively for self development, professional development, and strategic ideation. Reintegral does not provide legal advice, medical advice, financial advice or psychological therapy. The execution of all strategic blueprints or operational pivots remains the sole commercial liability of the client.

販売価格 Prices vary based on engagement scope ($100 USD per session for standard protocols, or custom retainers as agreed upon in individual client proposals). All prices are presented prior to agreement confirmation.
商品代金以外の必要料金 Internet connection and communications fees required to access advisory sessions are the responsibility of the client. Applicable payment processing or network transaction fees are displayed prior to payment completion.
支払方法および支払時期 Credit Card (Stripe) or Peer-to-Peer Digital Assets. Payments are processed immediately upon scheduling or invoice issuance prior to session delivery.
役務の提供時期 Advisory sessions and diagnostic deliverables are provided on the mutually agreed dates scheduled during intake or as specified in individual private service agreements.
キャンセル・返金について Due to the customized nature of advisory engagements, services rendered or reserved calendar slots are non-refundable once initiated. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
